Well-Being World UK brings the fun of creativity and joins it with the skill of mindfulness.

Who are we?

We are Well-Being World UK. Helen is an occupational therapist and mindfulness teacher by training. Jon teaches singing and performs. We share many interests covering well-being (including mindfulness, physical and mental health); creative pursuits such as writing, art, music, singing and performance. We have a particular interest in how these activities work together and how they can increase peoples’ sense of well-being.

What do we do?

Primarily through online courses, we aim to share ideas that will improve your quality of life through practical, understandable approaches. These ideas will encourage your brain to build new connections to promote well-being. It takes time to re-train the brain. You may notice a benefit immediately or it may take longer. If we invest time in our well-being we reap the benefit in both stressful and stress-free times.
